Sound healing and sound meditation is a practice that uses frequency, vibration, and silence to restore balance: physically, emotionally, and energetically. It invites the nervous system into deep stillness and reconnects the body with its natural rhythms.

Specific sound frequencies engage the nervous system by encouraging slower, more rhythmic breathing and reducing muscle tension. This activates the calming branch of the nervous system, helping to stabilize brainwave activity and improve overall physiological balance.

My name is Agnieszka Trzoch. I am a sound healing practitioner. I studied sound healing and sound meditation in Nepal, in the Himalaya mountains, where I learned the ancient tradition of working with Tibetan bowls. My practice integrates the use of brainwave-focused bowls, chakra & nadi balancing therapy, cymatics, and harmonic frequencies. What began as personal curiosity evolved into a practice deeply connected to the tradition.

I work with hand-crafted, custom-made bowls tuned specifically for healing and meditation. Each session, whether sound meditation, sound bath, or one-on-one sound healing, is shaped with intention and precision to support rest, clarity, and inner alignment.
